TW-XI-16 Dose Form: Injectable Presentation 50 – 100 – 200 – 250 – 500 – 1000 doses/ bottle (Multiple dose vial) Ingredient 1 dose contains Antigen: minimum 106EID50 of the attenuated Newcastle virus with Lasota strain Adjuvant: Skim milk Indication For the active immunization of chicken (maximum age : 2months)  against Newcastle disease Dosage The vaccination can be used for immunization via the drinking water, by nose or eye dropping. Eye dropping, nose dropping: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for chickens. Mix the vaccine with physiological saline or lyophilized vaccine solution (1000 doses / 50 ml). Using a standard dropper (1ml equivalent to 20 drops), put 1 drop into the chicken’s eyes or nose. (Note: Operators must ensure that drops of vaccine get into eyes or chickens that have been inhaled before releasing chickens.) Drinking water: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for chickens. Mix the vaccine with clean water enough for the chickens to drink within 2 hours.Before taking the vaccine, feed the chickens normally and stay thirsty for 2 – 4 hours to ensure that all the chickens are fully vaccinated. Administration The first vaccination, 5- 7 days of age.
